Slip Sync

Slip the sync of audio and video tracks in a Premiere XML by slipping the source in/out points of every clip on that track — the timeline cut points never move.

Nothing leaves your browser. The XML is read, edited and exported locally.

How to use this tool:

  • Drop in the XML of your edited sequence
  • Select the direction arrow to match the way you would move the slip tool in Premiere to correct the sync
  • Add the number of frames you want to adjust the sync
  • All tracks can slip independently
  • Re-import the slipped XML

FYI: Premiere will auto-create duplicate media when you import the XML.
I've not found a way around this yet – let me know if you do!
