I've never seen this level of detail in a sound design breakdown before.
And here's why you should watch and listen to at least the first 30 minutes of this opus, if not the whole thing.
Because if you want to improve your own sound design capabilities you need to know what it takes to craft and deliver professional quality sound effects, dialogue, foley, backgrounds etc and understand how these all come together in the final mix.
Only by studying what real sound design sounds like - layer by layer - will you be able to elevate both your ability and your 'sonic palette' to match.
It's a bit like trying to get better at art and never visiting any art galleries.
You've got to see it and dwell on it to then raise your own game.
Trust me, it will be worth it, I got a lot out of it!
