#352 - What To Do When There Is No Work

I’ve been freelance for nearly 20 years, which is my entire working life.

Here’s what to do when there is no work.

I hope this issue of Cut/daily helps you, but if you have any questions about finding work or any aspect of freelancing just hit Reply and I'll answer every email, personally.

As a freelancer unemployment is to be:

  • Expected
  • Embraced
  • Prepared for

Expected - No one works all the time, that’s ok.

Embraced - You’re now time rich, invest it well.

Prepared for - You’re running a business of one, but you still need to plan accordingly.

Let’s unpack these one by one.
