#127 - What does an Editor even do in Animation?

When it comes to editing some sectors of the industry seem better understood than others.

Maybe it's just me, but those patient souls that labour in Animation seems to be one of those branches of the post-family that are more like a distant cousin.

You seem them at family gatherings every now and then and you sort of get what they do, but it's all a bit hazy.

In this issue of Cut/daily I'm hoping to bring them a little closer to home and explore what it takes to succeed in this arena of the craft of film editing.
